Makeover: Summer Bliss

Hi guys, today, since it's getting into Winter, I'm going to bring some warmth back into Stardoll- with a Summer Bliss makeover! Summer Bliss is all about Peace, Love, Floral print and warm tones! But most of all, I wanted to show you that warm Summer sun kissed look we all crave!

My model for this tutorial is MikaKatia, because he skin tone is perfect for the look I want to achieve, and she has some superb wigs!

So,
Step 1. Apply the warm blush first. Go for the Warm Apricot and Rose blushes. Make sure you don't apply directly over the cheeks, but around them. I've seen this many times on Royal dolls, because it just looks more normal, and sophisticated.

Step 2. Apply Luxe Burnt Orange eye dust (gold) and Sand Eye dust (ouch!) on the eyelids, Sand' being on the inner corner, and Burnt' being on the outer corner. Next, our makeover takes an unusual twist - use a dark purple eye shadow, and do wings from the outer eye corners! It sounds weird, but the colours look amazing together- they compliment each other. If my description was a bit too hard to understand, just look at the picture sequence! ;)

Step 3. Next apply black lengthening and volumising mascara, then apply white eyeliner to the inner eye corner, and Orchid purple eyeliner to the outer corner, similar to the purple eyeshadow.

Step 4. For the lips there are two options -
A.) Apply L'Occitane Mme Louis Henry lipstick. - Gives a lighter, girlier look
or
B.) Apply Velvet Red Lipstick.- Gives a more dramatic look
Both look great!



Step 5. ACCESSORIZE! My favourite part! Since I'm on MikaKatia's doll, why not use one of her beautiful wigs? :) I'll also add eyelashes, jewellery and any other beautiful trinkets I find!
